Southern Industrial Center

Southern Industrial Center will be a 1.2-million square foot warehouse and logistics facility in Buckeye, Arizona, a submarket of Phoenix. Contour partnered with co-developer Miramar Industrial Partners, and capital partner DWS, to develop the 77-acre site, which broke ground June 2022.

Located in the westernmost suburb in the Phoenix metropolitan area, on the southeast corner of Southern Avenue and Apache Road, Southern Industrial Center is poised to accommodate e-commerce, warehouse, and logistics tenants in need of a regional distribution hub in one of the fastest growing industrial markets in the U.S. Buckeye offers direct accessibility to the Inland Empire and Port of Los Angeles via Interstate 10, as well as convenient local access from Arizona State Route 85.

Contour, Miramar and DWS initially acquired the land in late-2021. Construction is slated for completion in summer 2023.
