Buckeye Logistics Center

The Phoenix Metropolitan Area is ripe with opportunities for large-scale industrial development as economic expansion continues in the valley. Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments are in pre-development for an expansive industrial center in Buckeye, Arizona, a submarket of southwest Phoenix.

The project proposal includes two warehouses consisting of approximately 900,000 square feet spread across 54 acres of well-positioned land. Use of the logistics buildings are well-suited given the close proximity to key local and national transit routes including MC 85, Interstate 10 and Union Pacific Rail Line.
