Contour acquired 112 acres of land in December 2021 for industrial development in the city of Mesa, a submarket in the East Valley of Phoenix. The Sossaman Park 202 Industrial sits on a large infill site, adjacent to Arizona State Route 202, Phoenix’s main regional arterial that encircles the densely populated suburbs of the Phoenix MSA, while also providing connectivity to the national highways and interstates that bisect Arizona. As a result, Sossaman 202 Industrial Park is located within a one-day drive of more than 11% of the country’s total population. In addition, Sossaman 202 Industrial Park is located two miles from the expanding Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
Development plans include the construction of several new buildings over two phases. The first will bring five new structures spread across 800,000 square feet on the southern portion of the lot, while the second phase will bring three additional buildings encompassing over 700,000 square feet. Contour broke ground on Phase 1 of the development September 2022.
